Shipping & Returns


Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is processed. Standard shipping with insurance is $20. Express shipping with insurance is $25.


You can arrange to pick up your purchase from the studio in South Melbourne; once your order is processed you will receive an email to organise a convenient time for collection.

We use as much recycled packing as is possible and pack with care to make sure your precious objects arrive in one piece. If you discover your work has been damaged in transit, please email within 48 hours including photos of any damage.


Once an order is made, you will receive an email to advise timings. If the piece is available now (i.e. listed as in stock) it will be sent within 1–3 days, under normal circumstances. If you have selected a made to order piece please allow up to three weeks maufacturing time, depending on studio commitments at the time of ordering.

Refunds & Returns

Contact the studio within 7 days of receiving your shipment if there is a problem with the peice. We do not provide refunds but if you need to exchange your object, we will offer a credit to use within 12 months. Please make sure all items are well packed if returning via post. Return shipping and insurance is at the expense of the purchaser.
